Deleting Specific Data

Our app provides the ability to delete specific data (diaries) without deleting your entire account.

Diary Data Deletion Procedure

1. Launch the Emotion Card App: Open the app on your device.
2. Navigate to the Diary: From the bottom navigation bar, select the 'Diary' tab.
3. Select the Diary to Delete: Choose the specific diary entry you wish to delete.
4. Access the Edit/Delete Menu: On the diary detail screen, press the edit or delete button (e.g., a pencil icon, a trash can icon).
5. Delete Data: Press the delete button to erase the selected diary data.

Data Retention Policy

• Once a diary entry is deleted, it is immediately removed from the app's server and cannot be recovered.
• Other types of data, such as account information and weekly reports, are only removed upon account deletion. You can initiate account deletion from the 'More > Account Information' menu.

 

특정 데이터 삭제 안내

저희 앱에서는 계정을 삭제하지 않고도 특정 데이터(일기)를 삭제할 수 있는 기능을 제공합니다.

일기 데이터 삭제 절차

1. Emotion Card 앱 실행: 앱이 설치된 기기에서 앱을 실행합니다.
2. 일기장으로 이동: 앱 하단 내비게이션 바에서 '일기장' 탭을 선택합니다.
3. 삭제할 일기 선택: 삭제하려는 특정 일기를 선택합니다.
4. 편집/삭제 메뉴 진입: 일기 상세 화면에서 편집 또는 삭제 버튼(예: 연필 아이콘, 휴지통 아이콘)을 누릅니다.
5. 데이터 삭제: 삭제 버튼을 눌러 해당 일기 데이터를 삭제합니다.

데이터 보관 정책

• 삭제된 일기 데이터는 앱의 서버에서도 즉시 삭제되며, 복구할 수 없습니다.
• 계정 정보, 주간 보고서 등 다른 유형의 데이터는 계정 삭제 시에만 제거됩니다. 계정 삭제는 '더보기 > 계정 정보' 메뉴에서 진행할 수 있습니다.
