Account and Data Deletion Guide

Thank you for using our service. The Emotion Card app highly values your personal information and emotional data.

To delete your account and all associated data, please follow the steps below to complete the deletion process directly within the app.

Account Deletion Procedure

1. Launch the Emotion Card App: If the app is not installed on your device, please install it first.
2. Navigate to the Main Screen: Open the app and go to the main screen.
3. Select the 'More' Tab: From the bottom navigation bar, select the 'More' tab.
4. Go to Account Information: Select the 'Account Information' menu within the 'More' screen.
5. Request Deletion: Press the 'Delete Account' button at the bottom of the screen and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Please Note

• Upon account deletion, all diaries, weekly reports, points, and user data will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
• If you have any questions about the deletion process, please contact us at retyper@naver.com.

 

계정 및 데이터 삭제 안내

저희 서비스를 이용해주셔서 감사합니다. Emotion Card 앱은 사용자 여러분의 개인정보와 감정 데이터를 소중하게 다루고 있습니다.

계정 및 모든 관련 데이터를 삭제하려면, 아래 단계를 따라 앱 내에서 직접 삭제를 진행해 주시기 바랍니다.

계정 삭제 절차

1. Emotion Card 앱 실행: 기기에 앱이 설치되어 있지 않다면, 먼저 앱을 설치해주세요.
2. 메인 화면 접속: 앱을 열고 메인 화면으로 이동합니다.
3. 더보기 메뉴 선택: 화면 하단 내비게이션 바에서 '더보기' 탭을 선택합니다.
4. 계정 정보 진입: '더보기' 화면 내 '계정 정보' 메뉴를 선택합니다.
5. 삭제 요청: 화면 하단에 있는 '계정 삭제' 버튼을 누르고 안내에 따라 절차를 완료합니다.

참고 사항

• 계정 삭제 시 모든 일기, 주간 보고서, 포인트 및 사용자 데이터가 영구적으로 삭제되며, 복구할 수 없습니다.
